Stoke: Scotland fans beg Potters to take Steve Clarke
The managerial hunt is continuing for Stoke City at the moment with the Potters looking to get themselves a new manager before too long as they stare relegation in the face.
The men from the Bet365 Stadium have had a poor season so far with them struggling for form and that, in the end, cost Nathan Jones his role at the club.
Certainly, it’s a pretty poor situation that the former Premier League side finds itself in and the sooner they can get an appointment they feel is good enough done, the better.
According to the Sun, then, it could well be current Scotland boss Steve Clarke that gets the role, with them claiming that the Potters have launched a bid to bring him in.
With the Tartan Army’s recent woes on the international stage, though, it seems as though Scottish fans are begging Stoke to take him on Twitter:
Good!
