West Ham fans on Twitter cannot understand why Anderson was hooked yesterday
West Ham fans will be desperate to forget the dire events of their game yesterday. In the Hammers’ trip to Cardiff they fell to a shocking 2-0 defeat and looked awful throghout the entire game. However, things may have bene very different had Manuel Pellegrini not opted to hook Felipe Anderson at half-time.
The Boss makes a change at half-time. Arnie is on for Felipe Anderson. #CARWHU 1-0 (45) pic.twitter.com/WTpGKy1WZ8

The Brazilian winger has been the Irons best player this season going forward. His performances off both wings and through the middle when he gets the chance to cut in have been sublime and he is certainly putting down a marker as he aims to help the Stratford club stake their claim as the ‘best of the rest’ in the Premier League. However, yesterday he was a very long way off of that.
It took only 45 minutes of football from Felipe Anderson before Manuel Pellegrini had seen enough, and as the teams came back out for the second half at the Cardiff City Stadium, Pellegrini opted to let the Brazilian enjoy the rest of the match from the bench. He brought on Marko Arnautovic in his place, and the supporters would all have much rather seen Javier Hernandez make way.

Is Anderson injured?. If not strange decision to take him off

Got to be injured. I'm an owner and do have this feeling that he'll deliver in GW31. Just gutted got him in weeks ago in preparation.

The Hammers certainly weren’t happy with the change and would have liked to have seen more from Anderson yesterday.
